---Swamp Lake OHV trail------------------------------

----------------------------------------------------

Swamp is a classic. You have your choice of starting points. The Exchequer access is easiest to find: from the Dinkey Creek Ranger Station, go south 300 yards, turn left on Mckinley Meadow road; drive 2.5 miles to the "Swamp Lake Vehicle Way" sign on the right; follow this road for 3 miles to a fork; turn left. At 1.1 miles further, the road forks again; take the left fork. The trailhead sign will be 0.8 miles ahead, on the right.

Dispersed camping is available, but camps must be more than 100 feet from water or meadows. Campfire permits are required.
