Can I mount the complete Mitsubishi system?

Yes, but know that electric parts are different (or at least located in different places) from LWB/SWB, from '94 and earlier/'95 and later (depending on where they are sold). My electric parts came from a '95 SWB and fitted in my '97 LWB. However, do this simple check: remove the little plastic cover at the left of the electric plug (the one in the dash, under the radio bay) and you should find a little connector.

Horsepower is nothing without traction, which is why many Nissan Titan, Frontier and Xterra owners have been waiting for a new locker option. The M226 is a variant of the Dana 44 and buying your truck from Nissan fitted with the e-locker has been the only way to get a manually activated locker. If you have been in search of a locker for your Titan, Xterra or Frontier, you may be in luck. The Xterras and Frontiers with the Off-Road package came with an e-locked M226 rear end. Those with a manual transmission also have the M226 rear end, but it's has nothing but an open carrier. The ring gear was also transferred from the stock carrier to the ARB air locker.

That the population of the U.S. continues to grow is documented by census data.  That the sale of OHVs continues to grow at triple digit rates is documented by industry sales data.  That attendance at events continues to increase every year is documented by increased registrations.  These trends point towards an increasing population growth fueling an increase in demand for recreation - notably, motorized recreation.

Key to supporting the increases in population and recreation demand is access to land.  That is a good news-bad news situation.  Your view of good or bad depends on your understanding of the demographics behind the increasing population.

Election 2008 (Election Day is Nov. 4, 2008) is shaping up to be a watershed year in U.S. politics.  As election day apporaches, many issues are surfacing that trigger emotions.  It is time to turn the focus on to the structure where events are being shaped that will have a significant impact on the future.
