Some of you were interested in the pics I took of my engine when I did valve clearance checks and timing belt inspection (among other
things) at around 60K miles, so here they are. Valves checked fine and the belt looked good, so I left them alone. I'm basically a "shadetree" mechanic, but it actually wasn't that hard to take all that
stuff off (and put it back!). I just used the factory manual and kept track of hoses with labels. I can see how installing a supercharger would be a snap!Erik '97 SR5 4x4 5sp thebeebs@worldnet.att.net
