Pedata RV acknowledges RV owners' frequent short trips reduce stress.

(Vocus/PRWEB ) April 27, 2009 -- According to research conducted by the Mayo Clinic, taking mini-vacations from usual routines reduces anxiety, irritability, insomnia and depression. Nine out of ten motorhomes owners take three more short trips in the spring and summer lasting between one and four days. Because RV owners have a vacation vehicle in their driveway, it increases their ability to get away at a moment's notice. Pedata RV acknowledges RV owners' frequent short trips reduce stress.

Chances of a heart attack are reduced by 50 percent when annual vacations are taken. Vacationers also report three times more deep sleep after returning from vacation than prior to leaving. As well, performance in the workplace is increased after traveling.

The U.S. Travel Association research confirms vacations have been proven to aid in wellness, strengthen relationships and boost creativity. This is evident by reports that over half of employed Americans feel closer to their families after time away together.

Go RVing sums it up when they state 'RVers can travel more frequently, more economically and more conveniently than any other travelers.' They also point out that traveling by RV allows families to eat favorite foods or acknowledge dietary restrictions by cooking-in every night. Pets are always welcome, and souvenir shopping isn't hindered by luggage restrictions.

"Every aspect of RV travel has positive benefits for health, family, creativity and fun," says Clint Ethington of Pedata RV.
