T-Locker Locking Differential

TeraFlex introduces their new T-Locker Locking Differential for a variety of Dana axles.

Tera Manufacturing, makers of TeraFlex suspension systems and TeraFlex axle products, introduced the T-Locker air actuated locking differential at the 2003 SEMA show in Las Vegas.

The T-Locker utilizes an industrial pneumatic switch, designed for thousands of cycles per day, to eliminate an additional electric system to activate the locker. The locker further utilizes external pneumatics for engagement; making leaky rotating seal surfaces a thing of the past. Built from GGG-50, the T-Locker is engaged via SAE8620 forged and hardened pins on a shift collar. This is positioned by a shift fork located on the differential cover. The T-Locker is available now for the Dana 35, Dana 30, Dana 44 and Dana 60 axles. Dana 44 33 spline and GM 14 bolt applications will be available early 2004. "Response at the show was excellent," said Mark Falkner, President of TeraFlex. "We had far greater interest that we anticipated from consumers and retailers alike."

The T-Locker comes complete with the differential, cover, fork, hardware and a three-year warranty. For more information contact TeraFlex at 801-256-9897 or visit them on the web at www.teraflex.biz.
