JB Conversions is offering factory new, direct replacement transfer cases
for Jeep Wrangler, Cherokee, and other applications. These zero-mile units--originally
built for full size Dodge trucks--feature a wide chain, large syncro hub and JB Conversions'
short shaft kit pre-installed. The cost is only $750.00. Plus, there's no core charge, so you can
sell your old t-case after the swap.

The NP231HD features larger syncro cones and a wider chain. |
Features include:
- Zero mileage Dodge NP231DHD (Dodge Heavy Duty) with Jeep-style shift sector.
- Drive chain is wider than stock Jeep.
- Synchro hub is larger than stock Jeep.
- JB Conversions Heavy Duty short shaft (SYE) kit pre-installed.
- 1310 CV style yoke on the front output shaft.
- 6 pinion planetary gears are also available for an additional $199.00.
- The bolt pattern of the NP231D matches the NP231J exactly.
- A variety of OEM NVG input gears are available allowing compatiblity
to transmissions such as the TH700R4, TH350, TH400, TH4L60E, TH4L80 automatics and all Wrangler
automatics and manuals. Even the NV4500 standard duty and heavy duty are a bolt-up.
Shift linkages re-attach with no modifications.
At $750.00, it is nearly impossible to buy a rebuild kit, replacement chain, and SYE
kit... then pay a shop to install the parts... for less than this price.
