Off Road Solutions has a kit to make the swap go quite easily. Even if
you're not willing to fork out the money for the kit, it would serve as a
good starting point to learn about the swap.
Most everyone who does the swap is glad they did. More power, easier to
work on, and better gas mileage. There are a few gotchas, but they can be
overcome.
Search the forums on yotatech.com, as there is a wealth of experience with
the swaps available from the good people there.
