Hi Robert,
This is a perplexing condition for your Tacoma.
Will you tell if your Tacoma is:
1. A Manual or Automatic transmission?
2. Is it a 3.4L V-6, the 2.4L I-4, or the 2.7L I-4 engine?
3. Was the battery damaged?
4. Have you checked "ALL" of the fuses?
(this includes the ones inside the cab and the ones in the engine bay)
5. Was the voltage regulator damaged?
The more info you supply the easier it is to diagnose.
Best Regards,

My 1990 4runner moon roof switch failed and my operating manual has
disappeared. My very large maintenance manual doesn't even cover the
problem.
How do I close the roof manually. I see the opening beside the switch to
insert a tool but I'm missing info on hoe to get it working.
Help is needed. Rain is due soon.
