TOY: Electrical Problem

My 1985 4runner with a 22re has a strange 
electrical problem.  The truck just shuts off.
All electrical devices just shut off.  No power
anywhere.  You can hear a relay trip.  I have to
pull the positive battery terminal then everything
is fine.  Anyone heard of this?  Have any idea what 
could cause this?

just sounds like a bad battery connection or ground. try cleaning and 
tightening.
