"Brandon & Mike, would any of the G.C.C. want in on this ?"

I've heard some talk about Calico, so I think there would be a small handful
or maybe more. We haven't been (at least not lately, I haven't been at
all). But, that is around the time of finals, so I can't say for sure. I'm
interested though. I should have my SAS done, and have gears, tires, and
hydro but there's always delays.
I'll talk to some people.
Brandon

If I can't make it no huge deal. I'll just have to try again on one of the
other dates...

I'm open Dec 7th and 8th, and and late Jan on. I'm taking vacation for
Christmas and in early to mid Jan. Although the Christmas trip may get
cancelled if my travel partner can't get time off.

In the interest of trying to plan this so as many as possible can make
it, what weekends work ? I'll have to limit the choices in December to
the 7th & 8th, or the 14th & 15th. Other options would be Jan 11th &
12th, or 18th & 19th. With the Baja 1000 coming up I can't go any
sooner than the 7th, but there is one other lister qualified to lead
out there if an earlier date is desired.

Brandon & Mike, would any of the G.C.C. want in on this ?

No one has really addressed this except to say that it will be a bit doggy.
Will I be happy with stock gears (4.10's) and 33 inch tires for a DD that
mostly sees highway speed driving?

What does it cost to regear? Can I do the labor myself? I have had no
trouble on most jobs so far, i.e. replacing wheel bearings,
pulling/replacing engines. Do I need a lot of specialty tools? I have
looked at this on Randy's R&P website.

That will work for me. The other Dec/Jan dates you

I finally tried this adjustment. It's definitely better and with a bit more
adjustment will probably run perfect. It's a bit rough cold, but runs
alright hot and thankfully, starts hot now. Which is a good thing since my
POS Heep (hereby known as the POSH) is going into the shop for yet more
warranty work. Guess I'm going to have to do my SAS now so that I can have
a reliable offroad vehicle.

Once the POSH is out of the shop, I'll probably send the injectors up to DOA
and see if that will work out some of the rough stuff. At least I can take
back the unused fuel pump to the parts place and get my money back.

Hi Folks,
please forgive me for this post. I have lost my saved Toyota list messages.
There was an individual that asked me for the A/C components from my 4Runner.
When I made the engine swap I also swapped over the entire a/c system.

I know the list member's first name was Pat. (from Texas, I think)
Will the individual that had asked for these components please contact me
via this address deesmith@hiwaay.net
Let me know *if* you are still interested in these components.
Thanks for the bandwidth! :-)
Best Regards,

Hey,
Maybe somebody can help? I have a '93 4 Runner. I want to place a tank
behind the rear axle where the spare tire used to reside and was wondering
if anybody has done this. And if so what tank did you use?

I saw the article on relocating the stock tank, but I was looking for
something a little lower in profile.

Thanks
