That is a tough one to find apparently... I thought I would be able to find
it in one of my favorites.

Anyway I did a search on Marlin's webpage and some guy was looking for the
shipping and weight on a single case for a V6.

That was 80-90lbs...

Best I could do... if you really need the exact weight, I could call up my
buddy and ask him to weigh the one I have sitting on his kitchen floor.

On what vehicle?  The entire Auto Tranny and Transfer case
I just installed in my 2nd gen was about 290# total.

What vehicle are we talking about? (year, model, etc.)

The 16x7 alloys that came on my T100 had about 4.5" of backspacing. It
seems to me that almost all Toys with IFS ('86-2000+) have come with wheels
using this backspacing. Most aftermarket wheels usually have less
backspacing.

You're right, wheels with more backspacing than you already have would
probably give you more rubbing problems on the frame and control arm...
you'd probably want wheels with LESS backspacing to fix that, but then you
may also be more apt to rub the firewall, etc...
