TOY: RE: 22re engine sounds - timing chain?

My 22RE makes the same sounds. And it's a newer engine (2 years).

when i crank my engine after its sat a while, it makes a strange 
sound that sounds similar to lifters that are oil starved (real 
rattley), and it goes away in about 2 seconds. i was wondering if 
this could be the tensioner for the timing chain.  what do you 
listen for when the timing chain is going bad? the truck has 
175000 miles on it. thanks for any help.
