TOY: quick 22re questions

What should the timing be set to on an 89 22re when shorted?also what is the
torque specs for the bolts that hold the head and the valvtrain assy? i
haven't got the manual for this motor yet. thanks ray

Timing should be set to 5 deg. before TDC, (stock) when the smaller of the 
two yellow plugs on the drivers fender is shorted out.  65 Ft Lbs. torque. 
for the head bolts.
