Basically, you just turn the motor over a few times before you let it
start... just pull the igniter wire.

I was just about to start up my newly rebuilt motor.  Someone told me that
you should get the oil pump primed before you try to start it.  Does anyone
know how to do that?  I have an 84 22R.
