TOY: Shackle bolt sizes

  I posted at the Pirate BB, but nobody knows the spring eye bolt size.  
What I need to know is the size of the bolts on either end of the rear 
shackle for my 89 pickup.
  I was told the frame mount bolt was M18, or approx 3/4".  Is this correct, 
and does anybody know the spring eye bolt size?
