Doesn't that let water in when driving in a heavy rain?

I like the rails that I used for my bikini top. They are for a Jeepbikini
top - and I had to make brackets to hold them. The problem is that I can't
bend the stuff without kinking it. Must require something like a tubing
bender, or perhaps a die.
