The SD parts aren't all that big, but they probably would be a
challange to make fit. What might be the easiest would be to call
Wilwood and find out about their drum p-brake kits. Could be they'll
sell you just the loaded backing plate if the diameter is big enough.
Cables do pull fore/aft on them though.
