TOY: RE: Re: Idle Problem (possible fix)

I might have, but I don't remember it...

I have moved my stuff to http://www.uglyknob.com from my old site
http://members.bytemeusa.com/~entropy errr that is what I planned on doing.
The same guy hosts the space for me for both sites and assumed that after
six months I had everything moved and deleted my old site... well, I was
procrastinating and I don't have it moved yet. Now I have to go through my
backups and get it all sorted out.

| However, when I pulled up to a light I found
| that the truck wouldn't idle properly. It idles fine until I step on the
| brake, then the idle turns to crap, dipping about 500rpm then surging back
| up. This only happens with the brake pressed. I assumed it was a leak in
the
| brake booster, but after disconnecting it and capping the line it still
does
| it.
| Anybody have any ideas?

==> Yes, Mike Payne had a write-up on his web site to remedy this condition.
