Regarding the oil changes, what do the rest of you do with your trucks that
aren't daily drivers?  Toyota recommends changing oil every 8 months or 3000
miles (I think).  I change the oil in my 85 4Runner every 8 months because I
don't put many miles on it.

My opinion is that with a car that gets used regularly, you should change the oil
when it starts to turn dark brown.  I have been changing the oil in my wife's
Integra every 7500 miles per Honda's recommendation, but I don't think it is
often enough.  I think, in retrospect, I should have been changing it every 5000
miles based on the color of the oil.  I have 164,000 miles on it with no problems
yet, though, so I'm not too worried about it.
