I looked at my FSM a little more last night...
Looks like the ECU for the engine and tranny are combined, there is no
separate tranny computer. This probably means that you'll have to "trick"
it into thinking the tranny is still there and functioning properly...
OR... you could get an ECU from a 5spd vehicle, along w/ its connector and
a chunk of the wiring harness, and attempt to splice all the correct wires
together...
Not fun, but it might be easier than trying to "trick" the AT version...?
