No I haven't heard of one yet. (I'd like to have one though!)

How much it would cost varies GREATLY on how much work you do yourself,
what all you want to do to it, etc.

Check out the SAS'ed Tacoma's out there and follow their lead. There are
several out there, check out pirate4x4.com and TTORA. The swap should be
exactly the same as theirs.
