Re: TOY: intake

If you want to get a cone filter, you will have to purchase an adaptor.  Its common for aftermarket performance car guys.  We used to CNC some where i work, i will check there for you to see if we have any sitting around when i get to work this afternoon.

The hoses connected to it are more than likely PCV breathers for the top of the valve cover, correct?  What you will want to do is to circulate fresh air into the valve cover for the PCV system to work correctly.  This will ensure that your rings have a good seal that will last a long time.  Ditch the resonator however.  To do this just put a nice angle fitting dipping into the intake tube.  Email me at geoff@z10eng.com and ill let you know if we have any laying around.  Ill also take a pic of what you should have the fittings setup like.  I hope this helps.
