The 2nd number I have listed is (as I mentioned) one that someone sent
to me after saying the 1st number wasn't available. Later someone else
informed me the 2nd number was the normal single stage thermostat.  This
seems to match your experience.  Hopefully the dual t-stat is still
available, I want to pick up one or two for spares.  When I got mine, I
just went and asked for the part by number, it was special ordered and I
picked it up in a few days.

As far as the temp overshoot problem, if someone has an Alldata
subscription, why not look up this TSB for us:
