  I think there is some difference between them.  I went to my local
dealership and asked for the dual stage tstat and they looked sorta blank
and said he thought there was only one tstat listed for my engine.  
Looked it up and he got that -03078 number ($11cdn)  Asked him about the
-03070 number and it wasn't listed there for my truck or a few other 22re
engines he looked up.  Then he searched for the part number and found it
but with no reference as to what it was for.  Said it probably came in
because of a service bulletin and that was why there wasn't a description.  
It was $26cdn.  Since I saw a few people on the list mention that the
03070 part worked for them, and it was more expensive (so logically more
complicated... say like a dual stage) I went with it.  I find out on
Tuesday whether I was right or not.  I'll let everyone know.
