If that were the case, they why didn't they correct the obvious design
deficiency of the timing chain assembly on the 22Rx series motors? With
those Bakelite guides in there, I would venture to say that is a worse
design flaw than a thermostat problem that doesn't occur on ever engine.
Granted, a timing chain guide does not go bad on every motor, but when they
do, the results are plenty bad.
