Ok gang It's been _MANY_ years since I had this happen.
There is a bushing underneath your gear shift lever.
Basicly unbolt your gear shift lever (4 allen head bolts if memory serves)
and then pop the entire shifter out. Then there is either a small white or
green
bushing under there, and another bushing (sometimes) on the gear shifter
itself
replace both and it'll shift like new.
