How in the heck do I post to the off-road.com list

I am subscribed, but cannot post to it... I want to post digest, not realtime

Sorry for the lack of toyota content...

I do have toyota stuff, I want to sell.. does this count? ;)

If someone could cut/paste the stuff I have to other toyota lists, that would be great. Thanks.
