If you look at the bezel, there should be two little plastic prongs on
either side of it.  What makes this a PITA, is that you have to remove the
door panel to do it.  slide the bezel down, with the prongs sticking
through the panel and then melt the ends and press them flat with the end
of the matchstick.  Or you can just glue them in.
