Luckily I had a hook from a 22RE that worked.
All I had to do was enlarge the bolt hole on the hook.
Oh BTW, the engine Left Rear, (U.S. model), engine hook bolts 
onto the rear of the Left side exhaust manifold.  : ^)

==> A lot of progress was made today regarding the engine swap 
from Skeletor to Bouncing Betty. Yes, I took a few pictures and will
post a complete write-up when the swap is finished.

Thanks to Allen and everyone on the Toyota list that has 
helped me by offering their tips, and advise.
