TOY: Window Crank gear

Well I have an 86 toy and the window rolls up half way then stops opend up 
the door and saw half the teath are missing on the large gear. Is this easy 
to fix or easyer to replace the door. Looking for parts too if any one has 
this gear lying around, or door.
