TOY: ==> How to -- remove the top bolt on R150F trans.?

Hi folks!  :o )

==> In trying to remove the Transmission / Transfer-case from
Skeletor, (my 1991 Toyota std. cab 4wd parts truck), equipped with
the 3VZE 6 - cylinder and R150F manual 5-Speed Transmission
The difficulty is reaching the top bolt.

==> I was able to remove all of the bolts that connect the trans. to 
the engine, save it be the 12-O'clock bolt. I can see the top bolt, 
however not been successful in getting a socket or wrench to that bolt.

I have removed the Left side exhaust from the left side manifold back.
The front drive shaft has been removed and the sway bar removed too.

==> The Toyota FSM was not too much help here. The FSM shows
what to do "after" the transmission is removed.
