HI Ray!
I believe that Karl and Mike had to do a bit of grinding on the ends of
their axle shafts to get them to fit easily.  not sure why or what but maybe
they can reply.  I'm installing mine this weekend too!  :)
I think i'll check the axles before i assemble the whole thing.  thanks for
the warning!  :)
