Darn... I just bought the damn thing... :(  I was hoping for some positive
feedback.

I'll install it and see how it goes, the guy at Jacobs said I could return
if I didn't like it. By reading the reviews at 4x4wire it seemed like such a
great product and it looked like it pumped out HP close to a header and
better fuel mileage too.

Who makes the most solid header for the 3.0L v6's? I know about Downey and
NWOR, but there's always someone to say something bad about either one.

Can't comment on those parts in particular, but I can
on other Jacobs junk. Don't go there. One customer car
had mysterious ignition problems. It had a Jacobs rev
limiter, but even with the bypass switch off (First
clue, even they don't have much faith in their
equipment), it would randomly run terrible. After
removing the limiter all symptoms went away.
David recommended an MSD unit, good choice. I've had
similar results with the Crane HI-6 boxes.
Unless you've modified the engine though, that money
is likely better spent elsewhere. Like on a header.
