Hmmm, maybe thats why I have minimal vibration with
pinion pointed above the tcase flange... minimal given
that it is a trail truck. I flogged it up to the mid
70's for a 400 mile trip last weekend, I had some
vibrations around 55-60 but if I just went faster it
was all good ;^) I do worry about the pinion getting
good lubrication and will usually fill it on a
downhill slope to get as much in as possible. And I
always thought the prior owner had set it up for CV
and just never gotten around to it.
