I assume this was directed at me? The place where I ordered it (actually,
them - I bought 2) is called "Surplus Center". You can order the catalog by
calling them - 800-488-3407.

They have a lot of good stuff - hydraulic and pneumatic parts (cylinders,
valves, pumps, motors, fittings), electrical items (relays, generator parts,
inverters, switches, gear motors), and lots of other stuff. Interesting
toilet reading material if nothing else ;-)
