TOY: Brakes

I know this has been talked about before but I don't remember the answer to
my question.

I want to go vented in the front because of bad brake fade and that
"extremely" awful squealing noise my brakes make when they get hot...
normally it isn't that bad but in bad traffic it can be downright
embarrassing... it isn't as if everyone isn't already staring at me.

So is there a rotor I can just bolt on?  I don't want crossdrilled because I
don't trust them... I just want the extra cooling associated with vented...
Do I have to change calipers?

Any help is appreciated...

Any thoughts on rear disc would be helpful as well... the rear technically
doesn't do much of your braking according to my (often inaccurate)
knowledge... so why bother with the conversion?
