You are probably going to want tubing rather than pipe. This also requires a
tubing bender rather than a pipe bender. I have the Harbor freight version
of the pipe bender, and it really does not work well on tubing (unless you
are only bending it a few degrees).
I think the norm is like 1-1/2" to 2" od 1/8" to 3/16" wall DOM tubing - at
least for a cage.
