TOY: Hub question

Forgive me if this has been gone over before, but I'm looking for some
wisdom from the list.
My left front hub on my 85 4Runner won't completely unlock and has been a
problem for some time.  I was considering putting in a set of Warn hubs when
someone told me that the stock Toy hubs are stronger.
Advice?  Resources?
