There are quite a few air filter adapter kits available.  I used a Redline 
adapter and just re-used my old Toyota air cleaner dish (I like to play in 
the mud -- it keeps it out pretty well).  You will have to pull the studs 
out of the valve cover because they will be too short with the adapter.  I 
used a couple of longer metric bolts and some 1/4" ID heater hose as a 
vibration damper / support for the dish assembly.  Mine fits under the hood 
just fine, though.

You can also get a K&N kit for the webers that has a remote mount filter / 
snorkle hose.
