TOY: Re:hard start

Just thought of this. Why don't you get a push button and wire it up to the 
starter solenoid. then turn on the key and use the button to crank with. 
this might help rule out the switch. then again there may be things 
integral to the switch that you just bypassed and won't see the problem, 
but I feel it's worth a try.
Wish I knew more about the toyota wiring design.
