TOY: Painting websites/questions

This question was asked recently, but I don't recall seeing any responses, so I'll ask again.

Can anyone recommend any websites describing the process of painting a vehicle?  I have decided to keep my 83 pickup for the time being and I want to paint it.  I found a perfect bed close to home, so after bolting it up and fixing some minor dings on the cab, I'll be ready to paint.  I am debating whether to only do the prep, to prime it and let someone else spray the color coats, or to do the whole thing myself.  I have collected a fair amount of info, but could use more.  I am not looking for show quality but I don't want it looking like an in-the-driveway job either.
