Did you lube the orings? If not, I would suggest removing all of them and
replacing them. Coat them liberally in grease before you install them.
I am speaking from experience here... I had a REALLY bad leak, fixed that
one, and had another one burst about a month down the road (I had sliced it
when I installed it). I bought a new set, lubed 'em up, and have had no
problems since!
