TOY: re: National Springs

I juts talked to National Springs, and I am looking to put either a 2 inch, 
or 3 inch lift on my 4runner.  I am running 33inch tires at the moment, and 
want to run 35's down the road.
they can move the center hole anywhere I want, so should I ask them to move 
it back 1inch or more from stock location?

I need advice on this, from anyone who can offer it.

Also, as a note...they put anywhere from 9-11 leaves in a pack!!!!!  WOW.
