Good point.. btw: I didn't see any mention of what kind of noise it was..
does it sound like a cat stuck in the spokes?
anyways, I've had had 2 interesting noises from up thereabouts.. one of them
was the anti-rattle spring was coming in contact with the rotor.. makes a
sqealing sound.. kind of intermittently.. the other sound which inspired me
to change my bearings up front was actually the centre bearing on my
driveshaft... (suspends the segmented driveshafts to the frame... it
sounded like it was coming from up front..
