Re: TOY: Heep Cherokee Springs
The old yeep Grand Wagoneer from the mis 70's(you know the one that
had the wood panelling and came fully loaded) wood springs will work
well with some shackle modifications They are a 9 leaf pack with
friction pads, and were designed to be very cushy and spring under ,
which means that you will get a few incheds of lift , they will work
on the front as well, but make sure you have a long travel slip yolk,
or it will do the Wonder Twins power "SEPERATE" routine....
good luck..

Ok you spring gurus, what to you think of the idea of a set of Heep
Cherokee springs (stock) in the rear of my '84 p.u.....? Lift,
articulation, length, etc., etc.?? Think they might work?
