On the manifold o-rings, I got a set with the master engine gasket set I got
from Toyota, and also RC included a set with the cleaned injectors.  I don't
recall what I did about the fuel rail end seals, probably just re-used what
was there.  One thing I guess I lucked out on but others have had trouble with
is be sure and keep any insulating washers off your injectors before you send
them off to RC.  You'll get the injectors back but no new insulators.

Not sure on that one.
