I don't want to seem incredulous, but...how are they going to do that? 
The relationship between the exhaust flange and the downpipe mounting 
studs is fixed, since they are both part of the same cast piece. They can 
clock the center/bearing section relative to the two end sections, and 
vice versa, but short of drilling and tapping there's no way to clock the 
stock exhaust flange relative to the turbine inlet because they exist on 
the same piece of metal.

Glad to hear that they can make you a turbo exhaust flange, though. I 
think that's the piece you're gonna need to make this actually work for a 
truck application.
