RE: TOY: Car and Driver: Ford Explorers



I am only following this conversation because I think it is amusing.  One of
the amusing points that I thought was most interesting was that, the use of
"good" in the statement "and check them good..." should have been replaced
with "well".

I could have made the same mistake easily and not realized it; I am only
amused because of the context of the conversation.  No insult intended or
implied I hope.  :)

It reminds me of the sarcastic comment "My papa learned me good!".

Getting a little cocky aren't we Robert?  Private schools here - so maybe
you
skipped school the day they taught the deifnition to the word "assumption" 
;-)

I didn't misinterpret anything you said - you came out ranting and calling
people names (like "idiot") just because they happen to like SUV's...

Check your own words my friend... and check them good...  Especially that
opening sentence of your "rant"...
