Did anyone see Ned Bacon's editorial in the latest 4WPH rag?  He recommends 
calling the various rock crawling championships "rock racing" because of 
how far it's gotten from the sort of rock crawling folks do an the usual 
trail run.  He's pretty critical of organized competitive rock crawling in 
general but his points are thought provoking...
