TOY: Rear brakes dragging

I replaced the rear shoes/cylinders on my 87 4runner recently.  I also
turned the drums, cleaned everything up, and lubricated what ought to be
when I put it back together.... I am having a problem, they are getting to
tight.  I can jack up the rear end, and there is ALOT of resistance when I
try to turn the tires by hand.  I have not taken it back apart to look...
any ideas????
